Come get sweaty on Mondays at 6pm! The class will be led circuit style (exercises at different stations) with limited space (6 ppl). You won’t get lost in the crowd here (just all the high fives). All abilities and fitness levels welcome. 2SLGBTQ+ inclusive space. All going down at @theofficialtrainingspaces (567 College Street).⁣⁣
