Strength In Numbers is a commitment – a commitment to yourself to carve out 1 hour each week dedicated to moving your body, self-care and building a foundation of strength for your future.
In a private fitness studio, a class of 6 participants will explore full body strength movements in a body neutral environment. That’s right, the focus here will never be on anything other than what movements feel best for you and connecting to your body. Through support, encouragement and community, you’ll find movements that lift you up, make you feel powerful and ready to unleash your strongest self.
Now, the nitty-gritty details!:
Who: the class is for those looking for a inclusive fitness community, to build strength, explore new movements and feel comfortable in a fitness space. This space is LGBTQ+ inclusive, ability adaptive and for folks who do not feel comfortable in a typical big-box gym setting.
What: a 4-week strength class. Full body work-outs focused on building strength. Fun movements. Motivation. Always fire playlists. Loads of hi-fives.
