Take your strength training to the next level with barbell movements and new accessory exercises. Tailored to novice and intermediate level.
Learn the basics of strength training. We start slow with body-weight squats. Learn all the form cues to dead-lift and on to the weights, plus all the support to get you there.
Strength In Numbers is a commitment – a commitment to yourself to carve out 1 hour each week dedicated to moving your body, self-care and building a foundation of strength for your future.
In a private fitness studio, a class of 6 participants will explore full body strength movements in a body neutral environment. That’s right, the focus here will never be on anything other than what movements feel best for you and connecting to your body. Through support, encouragement and community, you’ll find movements that lift you up, make you feel powerful and ready to unleash your strongest self.
